UX Research and Design
Good user experience is unnoticeable
When I have large, custom projects, there is usual an initial UX discovery phase. I use this time to conduct stakeholder interviews and other information gathering activities.
My Process
I assist customers with many UX-related activities including persona creation, user journey documents, card sorting exercises, stakeholder interviews, A/B testing activities, and more.
Afterward, I move to the UI phase, using the information I gathered to build static design comps.
Then, I create accessible, mobile-friendly front-end code and assets. But, it doesn’t usually end there.
Finally, I integrate the front-end code with a content management system—such as Episerver—to give the customer control over their content and images.
