All I need is an image file (preferably PSD or XCF formats), and I can create the (X)HTML, CSS, and image slices for you. A typical design (header, navigation, side bar, content area, and footer) can be coded in under two business days for $50.00 USD. All code is tested in the latest web browsers for consistency.
